Without a doubt, it has been a tragic year for LTCs and the suffering on all accounts (staff, residents and family members) has been enormous. But as we wade into the third wave it is clear Canada made the right choice to prioritize LTC residents for vaccination. With most residents now vaccinated it is time to start capturing our learnings and to see how we can apply them going forward, this week's article is a good read to start this conversation.
