Nurse Suspended for Improper Botox Use

Abstract:

A B.C. nurse, Roshanak Rahi, was suspended for five months for improperly obtaining and administering Botox. She must complete remedial education and pay $30,425 in costs. Despite her claims of innocence, a disciplinary panel found she violated guidelines by unsupervised administration. Future self-employment restrictions also apply post-suspension.
