Two Canadian men with spinal cord injuries received Neuralink brain implants, allowing them to control a computer cursor with thought. The trial, led at Toronto Western Hospital, marks the first outside the U.S. While promising, experts caution against “false hope,” noting risks and long timelines before widespread use.
