Co-workers blame Ontario PSW’s drowning on dangerous conditions

Being a health care worker takes dedication, perseverance and a person who generally likes to help others, however, the tragic circumstances that led to a PSW’s death in Ontario this past week is a cautionary tale for both PSW’s and care homes.
