Canada Advises COVID-19 Booster Shots for Vulnerable Groups in Spring

Abstract:

The National Advisory Committee on Immunization in Canada has recommended that a supplemental dose of the COVID-19 vaccine be made available in the spring to a number of high-risk individuals. These individuals include those who are 65 years of age or older, live in long-term care facilities, are seniors living in groups, and have underlying medical conditions that compromise their immune systems.
